David Law Office has a long-standing tradition of two generations practicing law in Lima, Ohio. Currently David D. Geer, Sr., is Of Counsel to the Firm and he provides elder law services including preparing wills, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianships, Medicaid planning, probate and estate administration. He also focuses on personal injury and wrongful death matters. David D. Geer, Sr. is a 1954 graduate of Lima Central High School, 1958 graduate of the University of Toledo, College of Law and is a Vietnam Veteran.
David G. Geer , Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law (including federal court), administrative law, employment law, business law, civil litigation, and family law and domestic relations. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University and is a 1987 graduate of The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. He has served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Walter Rice, Chief Judge, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. While in law school he was the Editor of the 1986-1987 Edition of the Ohio State Law Journal, a Teaching Fellow in Legal Research and Writing, and a member of the Order of the Curia. He practices law with his wife Anna Geer, a Deputy General Counsel for a national bank.

Founder Clyde David is a licensed engineer as well as a licensed attorney. Mr. David has an impressive 41 years of experience in environmental law and represents clients on a range of issues, including EPA and DEP enforcement cases, compliance with environmental legislation, and local governmental permits and regulations. Prior to establishing David Law Office, Mr. David worked as the Chief of the Oil & Hazardous Substance Practice Group for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and was tasked with dealing with the most complex and controversial cleanups and enforcement actions in the state.
Mickey Hart, Attorney at Law, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in aiding clients to protect their inventions, trademarks, and other intangible assets. Mr. Hart specializes in both patent and trademark law, including patent litigation, prosecution, and litigation. Getting in Touch with David Law Office
The David Law Office is located at 526 S Main Ave, Suite A, located on the northeast corner at Main Avenue and Ash Street. The office was previously in the Rogers Arena building next door and was named Dave Law Firm. The business name was changed as clients came to the office looking for "Dave". David is the owner of the firm and his name is on the door, but he is not a "Dave" . The office is professional and warm with a large mural by local artist Josh King at the front reception area. There are televisions in each office and a community room with a large screen television, and a small kitchenette that can be used for meetings.
