Trevor Corser

Trevor Corser (British b. 1938)

Trevor Corser began work at the Leach Pottery as a general assistant in 1966, but rapidly decided he wanted to learn to throw pots, and was taught by William Marshall. He was the last potter working at the Leach before its closure in 2006, and now pots in the Gaolyard Studios in the centre of St Ives. He favours the classic Leach glazes such as Ying Ching, tenmoku, and Shino.
