Catherine has drawn and painted all her life and her delicate watercolours
are primarily concerned with depictions of flora and fauna. She is a
cartoonist for The Open University (currently Society Matters and formerly
Open House publications.) in 2004, a solo exhibition of her work as
held in Cambridge Central Library. In 2001 she designed and produced
alphabet postcards which were sold in The Lawson Gallery, Cambridge.
In 1990 she designed and produced two alphabet teaching posters: one
upper case and one lower case. All 4,000 were sold in Cambridge. In
1990 she Illustrated a recipe booklet for Anglesey Abbey, Cambridge
which was sold in aid of The National Trust.
