Celia Washington was born in Edinburgh
and studied on a scholarship in the early 1980s at the Byam Shaw Art
School in London. Her work is in collections in Europe, North and South
America and Japan. She has studios in Madrid and London. Public collections
featuring her work include the Flemings picture collection; the Electra
Investment Company, London; Cricket Hill Associates, New York; and the
C.I.E.C. Foundation, Galicia, Spain.
