G. G. Palmer ARCA, ATD (British, 20th Century)


George Palmer was head of the School of Art at the High Wycombe College of Technology and Art, High Wycombe, Bucks. School of Art where he taught for a number of years. He illustrated books and alongside lecturing produced a fine body of prints, watercolours and oils.
