Frances St. Clair Miller (British, b. 1947)


Frances St. Clair Miller was educated at The Slade School of Fine Arts, London. Since that time she has worked as a Master Printer at both Studio Press and Octopus Press, Islington. St. Clair Miller has also served as a teacher of printmaking at Sir John Cass College, London. Miller is best known for her large, color aquatints of both English and Italian views. Her work has been shown at the Hereford City Art Gallery, Courtyard Gallery, Cheltenham, the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, London, Kilvery Gallery Clyro and Impreza Uvano Frankivsk, Russia, and at the Krakow Print Biennale.

Examples of her work are held in the collections of the British Council and The Government Art Collection.
